With the development of technology, and evolution, people have to use AI with their businesses to enhance productivity and also uplift the standards of the life. But most of employees see AI as a competitor, not as a tool.

When it comes to jobs; people have a fear of losing jobs. Only the skills required are different when we move on with Data Science. Starting to use calculators & computers didn’t make employees to lose their jobs. What they had to do is getting adapted to use new technology with new skills.

Once a GOOGLE Executive suggests the government to allocate 98% tax on AI & that money can be allocated to people who’re losing their jobs in 2027.

Likewise, there are many thoughts of schools on it.

People can use AI in many useful ways. But people must know when and where it should be used.

WHY AI IS USEFUL, BUT RISKY??  

  • HR recruitments- In the past, companies published their Ads in newspapers and applications were posted manually. Technology helps us to select employees. But, AI would be the fastest method to select the wrong person, because of what we see in the application is not the exact person. 
  • Some jobs need EMOTIONS, BRAIN, and HEART. Human touch is always required for some jobs such as HR managers, lawyers, and surgeons. These jobs may not be replaced by AI.

A human need creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and communication skills to do a job.

But with AI, a human need adaptability and resilience to do his job.
